Job summary

Justice Resource Institute in Massachusetts is seeking a Master’s Level Clinician/Therapist to lead a youth-focused program (Rediscovery) for males aged 16–21. You will conduct group and individual therapy, develop treatment plans, and support life-skill development within a supportive clinical team.

The position offers a compensation range of $50,000 to $75,000 per year with licensure support, bilingual bonuses, and strong benefits.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy.
• Clinical licensure or eligibility for licensure; JRI will assist.
• Must be 21 years old; valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Lead a dynamic team and provide group therapy and individual treatment planning for youth 16-21.
• Develop treatment plans and assess students’ progress toward clinical goals.
• Manage a caseload and help youth build life skills (cooking, banking, vocational skills, etc.).

Rediscovery is a therapeutic-based group home with a focus on independent living skill building for males between ages 16-21.Youth at Rediscovery are able to safely access the community independently and are able to utilize learned coping mechanisms with the support of our comprehensive team including clinical and direct care staff.

Compensation

The pay range for this position is $50,000 to $75,000 per year. The listed range reflects what we reasonably and in good faith expect to pay for this role at the time of posting the position. The actual compensation an employee is offered may vary based on several factors such as experience, education, licensure, certifications and qualifications. This range may be modified in the future.

Requirements:

• Must be 21 years of age.
• Master’s Degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy required.
• Clinical licensure (LCSW, LMHC, LICSW, LMFT) or able to sit for clinical licensure required. We will help you!
• Maintains valid driver’s license as transporting students is required.
• At JRI, you will learn to provide physical interventions and verbal de-escalations to provide the safest therapeutic atmosphere for our students!
• Background and driving record checkswill be performed.
• Clinical Supervision for Licensure provided.
