Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid CT driver's license and vehicle insurance.
• CPR, First Aid, PMT and Medication Certification preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provides staff and natural supports to assist each person served.
• Supports community involvement using natural supports.
• Assists with home, finances, nutrition, and medical needs.
• Collaborates with Group Home Manager on goals.
• Ensures residential settings meet standards and rights are upheld.
• Attends MARC trainings and maintains certification.
• Transports persons served as needed.
