Job summary

MARC, Inc. of Manchester is seeking Direct Support Professionals to assist people with developmental disabilities in our group homes in Manchester, CT. The role focuses on daily living, health, nutrition, finances, and community integration, with flexibility for nights and weekends.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, CT driver’s license with a vehicle, and a compassionate, reliable approach. Training in CPR/First Aid/PMT/Medication is preferred and required within six months of hire

Responsibilities

• Provide staff and natural supports to individuals served.
