• Experience in providing direct care and support to individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities or behavioral health needs.
• Ability to document data accurately and maintain records.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide support, supervision, role-modeling, and behavioral management to youth and adults with IDD and behavioral health needs.
• Assist with life skills, community access, and safety interventions; document progress and outcomes.
