Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age at start of employment.
• Must have basic computer skills and can learn agency applications.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Well-organized and attentive to detail.
• Cooperative and willing to learn.
• Ability to interpret various instructions.
• Enhanced math skills – balance a budget and basic math transactions.
• Professional, clear, and positive oral and written communication.
• Must read, write, and speak English.
• Regular attendance as per policy.

Responsibilities

• Distribute medications where required and assist with daily tasks.
• Cook, house clean, yard maintenance as assigned.
• Support individuals in maintaining a safe, stable living environment.
• Promote and implement the agency mission in daily life of those served.
• Respect dignity, individual choice, input, and health and safety needs.
