Qualifications

• Customer- and client-centered care approach.
• Willingness to pass required background checks.
• Valid Oregon driver’s license and 3+ years driving experience (21+).
• Willingness to complete Edwards Center training (e.g., First Aid/CPR, safety).
• Ability to use basic technology for documentation.

Responsibilities

• Provide respectful, person-centered support with activities of daily living and community involvement.
• Assist with medication administration and health documentation after training.
• Identify health, safety, or behavior changes and respond promptly.
• Maintain clean, safe home environments and equipment.
• Communicate clearly with participants, families, and coworkers.
