United Counseling Service (UCS) in Bennington, VT, is seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP) for residential services. The role provides direct support, helps implement ISAs, and participates in daily group home activities.

You will work under the Group Home Manager, handle daily routines, medication administration coordination, and advocate for individuals' safety, dignity, and independence.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Direct Service experience preferred.
• Experience with individuals with intellectual disabilities preferred.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Outlook for internal e-mail communication.

Mansioni

• Implement ISAs consistently while promoting independence.
• Assist with daily routines and community outings.
• Administer medications as assigned.
• Accurately enter data and maintain records.
