Job summary

RHA Health Services, LLC in Rollingwood, Texas, is hiring a Direct Support Mentor full-time to support individuals with IDD, mental health, and substance use challenges in residential and day settings. You will mentor Direct Support Employees, ensure shift coverage, and model compassionate care.

You will assist with services planning, promote dignity and independence, and help participants gain valued social roles in the community.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience with IDD populations preferred.
• At least 1 year of direct support experience.
• Valid driver's license and vehicle insurance required.
• CPR and First Aid certifications required; ongoing trainings.

Responsibilities

• Assist people supported in daily living activities.
• Support staff coverage across three shifts.
• Mentor and train new Direct Support Employees.
• Ensure safety and maintain home cleanliness.
• Promote dignity, choice and community integration.
• Document incidents and communicate with Residential Team Leader.
