Job summary

RHA Health Services, LLC is seeking a Direct Support Mentor to provide mentorship and leadership to Direct Support staff in residential and day settings. The role guides training, coverage, and person-centered supports to help individuals reach personal outcomes.

The ideal candidate is patient, compassionate, and calm under stress, with a high school diploma or GED and a valid driver’s license. CPR/First Aid and related certifications are required, with benefits including PTO and health coverage.

Qualifications

• Must have a High school diploma or GED.
• CPR and First Aid certifications are required.
• Must have a valid driver’s license with personal vehicle insurance.
• Experience with IDD or similar population is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Mentor and coach Direct Support Employees for proper training.
• Assist people supported with daily living activities and goals.
• Ensure safety, dignity, and respect in group home settings.
• Maintain environmental cleanliness and report incidents promptly.
