RHA Health Services, LLC is hiring a Direct Support Mentor. You will provide mentorship and leadership to Direct Support Employees, ensuring quality care for people with IDD and mental health needs.

The role requires maintaining CPR/First Aid certification and a valid driver's license, with a strong emphasis on dignity and personal growth. Responsibilities include training new staff, coordinating shift coverage, and supporting individuals in achieving personal outcomes while adhering to safety

Qualifications

• Must have a High school diploma or GED.
• Prefer experience working with IDD individuals.
• Must have a valid driver’s license as a condition of employment.

Responsibilities

• Assist people supported in daily living activities such as eating, dressing, grooming and personal care.
• Support people served to identify personal outcomes aligned with their goals.
• Provide mentorship and training to Direct Support Employees to ensure quality care.
• Promote dignity, respect, and choice for individuals and encourage community involvement.
