Job summary

Astound is hiring a Direct Sales Representative for residential field work. You will engage residents door-to-door to acquire new customers, using face-to-face interaction and a compelling sales approach. Base salary plus uncapped commissions drives earnings, with realistic OTE up to six figures in strong markets.

Training starts in December with a December/early January ramp-up period. Locations include multiple markets, with Boston, MA among them, and a comprehensive benefits package

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Experience in direct sales is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Acquire new residential customers through face-to-face visits.
• Pursue provided leads daily and build momentum.
• Learn property layouts, service options, and contract language.
• Distribute marketing materials and build Astound brand awareness.
• Explain solutions and close sign-up orders with residents.
• Attend mandatory sales meetings and report progress to management.
• Stay informed about competitors and market conditions.
