Astound is seeking a Direct Sales Representative Residential to join our field-based team. You will attract and sign up new residential customers, meeting residents, property managers, and referrals to drive momentum.

The role offers a base salary plus uncapped commissions with potential to exceed six figures depending on performance and market conditions. Comfort with outdoor, face-to-face outreach is essential for success in this position.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent communications, relationship building, organizational, presentation and influence skills.
• You are sales-quota driven and motivated to succeed in a field-based environment.

Responsibilities

• Obtain new customers in a residential environment through face-to-face interaction with residents and referrals.
• Aggressively pursue leads provided daily and understand property portfolio elements.
• Distribute marketing material, facilitate campaigns, and build Astound brand awareness.
• Review property contract language, understand service levels and obligations.
• Attend mandatory sales meetings and report statistics to management.
