Base salary ranges from $32,000 to $40,000, with uncapped commissions and opportunities to exceed six figures through performance and market opportunities. This full-time position offers comprehensive benefits and on-target earnings.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Motivated self-starter with strong time-management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Obtain new customers in a residential environment through face-to-face interaction.
• Aggressively pursue leads provided daily and manage territory.
• Understand property-specific elements within portfolio and provide quotes.
• Distribute marketing material and build Astound brand awareness.
• Review property contracts, service levels, and obligations.
• Understand customer needs and articulate solutions; attend sales meetings.
• Report sales statistics accurately to management; stay updated on competition.
