Job summary

YAI - Seeing beyond disability is seeking a Supervisor - Direct Care Lead in CA to oversee residential services, supervise DSP-RBTs and Back-up Leads, ensure tasks meet regulatory requirements, and support program leadership.

You will coordinate care with clinical staff, document shifts in Workday, lead staff meetings, manage scheduling, and ensure safety, quality, and person-centered planning for individuals supported.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising DSP-RBTs and shift staff
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements for I/DD services
• Ability to lead interdisciplinary teams and coordinate care across providers

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily residence operations and supervise DSP-RBTs and Lead staff on shift.
• Coordinate with program leadership, clinical staff and providers to ensure high-quality, compliant care.
• Maintain supervision logs, safety checks and incident reports; ensure HIPAA compliance.
• Lead shift meetings, training and coaching to foster a positive work environment.
