Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Services or related field or equivalent experience.
• High School Diploma or equivalent with 2 years of related experience; supervisory experience preferred.
• Six months of DSP or supervisory experience in ID/DD settings may substitute for education requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead on shift and supervise Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) as assigned.
• Assist in scheduling and coverage to ensure minimum staffing levels.
• Training staff on person-centered plans and safety procedures.
• Monitor health, safety, and well-being of individuals supported.
• Maintain documentation, budgets, and inventory in program operations.
