Job summary

YAI is seeking a dedicated care supervisor to oversee and support individuals with developmental disabilities. You will implement person-centered plans, provide personal care, assist with daily living activities and ensure medication administration per prescribed guidelines.

Responsibilities include crisis management, data entry in electronic health records, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team to maintain quality care and safety in the learning and community settings.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Must obtain RBT certification within 60 days of appointment.
• Be a Licensed Psych Technician or Qualified Behavior Modification Professional.
• Valid Driver’s License and completion of required trainings.

Responsibilities

• Oversee supervision, protection and care of individuals at all times.
• Provide support per individualized service and behavior support plans.
• Ensure health, safety, and crisis management per policies and regulations.
• Implement protective oversight and IBSPs/IPPs for all individuals.
• Maintain a safe, clean work/therapy environment and follow COVID protocols.
• Assist individuals with ADLs and personal care as authorized.
• Administer medications as prescribed and monitor dietary needs.
• Develop and implement treatment plans under supervision; collect and summarize data.
