Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or Business Administration with 5+ years in materials or logistics planning.
- Must have supervisory experience and expert-level proficiency in ERP systems, demand planning tools, and Excel.
- Strong leadership and ability to develop forecasts, coordinate with suppliers, and manage lead times.
