Job summary

Siemens is seeking a senior planning leader to drive demand, supply, and inventory planning that optimize growth and operational excellence. You will oversee a team of planners, develop forecasts, and coordinate with suppliers to improve lead-time management and enable digital transformation.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in materials or logistics planning, a relevant bachelor’s degree, and expert ERP/Excel skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or Business Administration with 5+ years in materials or logistics planning.
• Must have supervisory experience and expert-level proficiency in ERP systems, demand planning tools, and Excel.
• Strong leadership and ability to develop forecasts, coordinate with suppliers, and manage lead times.
