Job summary

Integer is seeking a Senior Demand Planner to support the enterprise demand planning process and SIOP, improving forecast accuracy, service, inventory, and working capital. You will develop forecasts, analyze data, monitor performance, and drive process improvements.

You will partner with Customer Operations, Global Supply Planning, Finance, Sales, and Supply Chain Excellence to identify risks and opportunities and share best practices across sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain or related field; APICS certification desirable.
• 5+ years of Supply Chain experience in manufacturing environments, with at least 3+ years in Demand Planning and SIOP.

Responsibilities

• Support the enterprise demand planning process and SIOP to improve forecast accuracy, customer service, inventory, and working capital.
• Develop and maintain demand forecasts; perform data analysis; monitor planning performance; support monthly SIOP process.
• Partner with stakeholders across Customer Operations, Global Supply Planning, Finance, Sales, and Supply Chain Excellence to identify demand risks and opportunities.
• Lead monthly demand reviews, challenge forecast assumptions with data-driven analysis, and communicate demand changes to the global supply planning team.
• Be a super user and SME of the demand planning system and processes; share best practices with site-level teams.
• Coordinate with sites to provide monthly performance indicators, risks and opportunities.
• Perform other duties as required.
• Travel (~20%) may be required.
