Job summary

Siemens Energy, Inc. is seeking a hands-on supply chain planner to manage the flow of finished goods from factory to customer. You will plan, control, and replenish inventory in the warehouse to meet demand and support sales with timely, accurate service.

This role collaborates with factories, support services, and the sales organization to sustain a steady product pipeline. The ideal candidate has a STEM degree, 2–5 years in warehousing or supply chain, strong analytical and communication

Qualifications

4-year college degree, preferably with a STEM focus and discipline.
2-5 years experience in warehousing or supply chain.
Strong analytical and communication skills.
Results-oriented with initiative and ownership.
Ability to adapt, multi-task, and work under pressure with tight deadlines.
Experience with MS Office, SAP, and Salesforce.com a plus.

Responsibilities

Analyze inventory levels, replenishment, production, and forecasts to optimize service levels.
Maintain inputs to inventory system including safety stock and lead times.
Coordinate with traffic, production planning, and warehouse personnel for routing and receipt of goods.
Collaborate with sales, customers, and production to align demand with supply.
Provide information to Customer Service and Contract Administration on availability and substitutions.
Generate reports on inventory, fulfillment, and delivery performance.
