Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-person homeowner assessments to determine if a corrective work order is needed.
• Lead root-cause analysis and coordinate service work with vendors.
• Manage trades to completion of service requests to customers’ satisfaction.
• Perform minor service-related tasks and establish positive customer relationships.
• Ensure build quality confirmation before delivery and address vendor performance issues.
• Support customer satisfaction metrics and drive repeat referral business.
