Community Bridges, Inc. Residential Counselor delivers therapeutic and treatment planning services to residents, facilitating group counseling with an approved curriculum and conducting regular individual sessions to support recovery.

The role adheres to DBHS/RBHA/OBHL and CFR guidelines, requiring strong leadership and a licensed professional to drive high-quality patient care across Arizona facilities.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in related field is required.
• 2 years related experience in behavioral healthcare, physical health, or substance abuse.
• Associate or Independently Licensed Professional with The Arizona Board of Behavioral Health Examiners as Psychologist, Social worker, Counselor, Marriage and family therapist or Substance Abuse Counselor.
• Leadership experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver therapeutic and treatment planning services to Residential Patients.
• Facilitate group counseling using approved CBI Curriculum and schedule.
• Conduct regular individual sessions with each patient as defined by policy and regulations.
