Job summary

Community Bridges, Inc. is seeking a Counselor to join our integrated behavioral health team across Arizona.

The role involves ensuring participants receive necessary counseling services aligned with their individualized treatment plans, and delivering educational sessions to participants and families based on best-practice models. The position requires a CSWE-accredited Master’s degree in counseling, MFT, or social work, at least one year of full-time behavioral health experience, AZBBHE

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in counseling, marriage and family therapy, or social work from a CSWE-accredited program.
• Minimum of one year of full-time behavioral health experience.
• Must be licensed at the independent or associate level with the Arizona Board of Behavioral Health Examiners (AZBBHE) as Psychologist, Social Worker, Counselor or Marriage and Family Therapist.
• Must be in good standing with the AZBBHE and able to provide clinical supervision toward licensure.
• Holds AZ Fingerprint Clearance Card.

Responsibilities

• Provide counseling services to participants based on individualized treatment plans.
• Familiarize with each new assigned participant to determine appropriate counseling services.
• Deliver educational presentations to participants and families as needed.
• Collaborate with treatment team to achieve treatment goals.
