Community Bridges Inc. (CBI) is an integrated behavioral healthcare organization providing a continuum of care across Arizona.

The Residential Counselor will deliver therapeutic services, develop treatment plans, and facilitate group counseling using the CBI curriculum to support residential patients. The role includes conducting individual sessions, aligning with DBHS and RBHA regulations, and contributing to a compassionate, growth‑oriented team.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in related field is required.
• 2 years related experience in behavioral healthcare, physical health, or substance abuse is required.
• Associate or Independently Licensed Professional with The Arizona Board of Behavioral Health Examiners as Psychologist, Social worker, Counselor, Marriage and family therapist or Substance Abuse Counselor is required.

Responsabilités

• Deliver therapeutic and treatment planning services to residential patients.
• Facilitate group counseling using approved CBI curriculum and schedule; conduct individual sessions regularly.
