Community Bridges, Inc. (CBI) is seeking a Residential Counselor to provide therapeutic and treatment planning services for residential patients.

You will facilitate group counseling using the established CBI curriculum and schedule, and conduct regular individual sessions to support recovery and well-being. The ideal candidate holds a Master’s degree in a related field, with leadership experience and at least 2 years in behavioral healthcare.

Competenze

• Master's degree in a related field is required.
• Leadership experience is preferred.
• At least 2 years of related behavioral healthcare experience.
• Associate or independent licensure with AZ Board of Behavioral Health Examiners.

Mansioni

• Deliver therapeutic and treatment planning services to Residential Patients.
• Facilitate group counseling using approved CBI Curriculum and schedule.
• Conduct individual sessions with patients on a regular basis.
