Community Bridges, Inc. (CBI) is an integrated behavioral healthcare provider in Arizona offering residential, outpatient, inpatient, and crisis services. The Counselor ensures participants receive services per their treatment plan and educates families when needed.

With a Master’s degree and AZBBHE licensure, you’ll join a mission-driven team focused on compassionate care, professional growth, and supporting people in recovery through evidence-based practices.

Competenze

• Master’s degree in counseling, marriage and family therapy or social work from a CSWE-accredited program.
• Minimum of one year of full-time behavioral health experience.
• Must be licensed at the independent or associate level with the Arizona Board of Behavioral Health Examiners (AZBBHE) as Psychologist, Social Worker, Counselor or Marriage and Family Therapist.
• Must be in good standing with the AZBBHE and meet requirements to provide clinical supervision toward licensure.
• Valid identification required.
• Holds AZ Fingerprint Clearance card

Mansioni

• Provide counseling services based on best practices models.
• Familiarize with new participants to provide appropriate counseling per treatment plans.
• Provide educational presentations to participants and/or their families as needed.
