Job summary

Community Bridges, Inc. (CBI) is seeking a Residential Counselor in Arizona to deliver therapeutic and treatment planning services to residential patients and to facilitate group counseling using the CBI Curriculum.

You will conduct individual sessions with patients on a regular basis and work within policy, process, and regulatory guidelines. The role requires a Master’s degree in a related field, leadership experience, and at least two years in behavioral health, with licensure eligibility on

Qualifications

• Master's degree in related field required.
• Leadership experience preferred.
• 2 years related experience in behavioral health, physical health, or substance abuse.
• Arizona Board license or eligibility as Psychologist, Social Worker, Counselor, MFT, or Substance Abuse Counselor must be obtained.

Responsibilities

• Deliver therapeutic and treatment planning services to residential patients.
• Facilitate group counseling using the CBI Curriculum and schedule.
• Conduct individual sessions with patients on a regular basis.
