Job summary

Community Bridges, Inc. (CBI) is a behavioral health provider in Arizona seeking a Counselor to support participants in achieving treatment goals through individualized plans and education for clients and families.

The role emphasizes applying best-practice counseling models, coordinating with a treatment team, and providing group or educational presentations. A CSWE-accredited master’s degree and AZ licensure are required along with a fingerprint card.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of full‑time behavioral health experience.
• Must be licensed at the independent or associate level with AZBBHE (Psychologist, Social Worker, Counselor or MFT).
• Must be in good standing with AZBBHE and able to supervise toward licensure.

Responsibilities

• Provide counseling services per individualized treatment plans.
• Familiarize with new participants to tailor counseling approaches.
• Deliver educational presentations to participants and/or families as needed.

Valid identification

Education
