Job summary

Community Bridges, Inc. (CBI) seeks an Outpatient Counselor in Arizona to support participants through counseling aligned with individualized treatment plans and evidence-based practices.

You will work with a treatment team to ensure services meet goals and provide family education when appropriate. The role requires a Master’s degree in counseling, MFT, or social work, with AZBBHE licensure and at least one year of behavioral health experience.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in counseling, MFT or social work from CSWE-accredited program.
• Minimum of one year full-time behavioral health experience.
• Licensed at AZBBHE as Psychologist, Social Worker, Counselor, MFT or Addiction Counselor (Residential Programs only).
• Be in good standing with AZBBHE and meet requirements to provide clinical supervision toward licensure.
• Valid identification.
• Holds AZ Fingerprint Clearance card.

Responsibilities

• Provide counseling services based on best practices as outlined in individualized treatment plans.
• Familiarize with new participants and deliver educational presentations to participants and/or families as needed.
