Job summary

The Nest is seeking an experienced Civil Engineer to lead residential construction projects (Stilt + 5 Floors). You will supervise site execution, manage subcontractors, and ensure work meets design and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in supervising residential construction sites and coordinating subcontractors.
• Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and quality control.
• Ability to prepare quantity take-offs, estimates, and monitor material usage.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day construction activities and ensure work aligns with drawings and specs.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel.
• Monitor progress to meet project schedule and quality standards.
• Interface with architects, structural engineers, MEPs, contractors, and clients.
• Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues; maintain daily site records.
