Leoforce is seeking a dynamic Senior Project Manager to lead residential construction initiatives. You will direct planning, scheduling, budgeting, and coordination across teams to ensure timely, on-budget delivery while maintaining high quality.

A strong client-facing presence and proven leadership are essential. The role requires a minimum of five years in project management within residential construction, a related bachelor’s degree, and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of proven working experience in project management in the construction industry, specifically residential projects.
  • Bachelor's degree in construction management, architecture, engineering, or related field.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, means and methods, knowledge of building products, construction details and relevant rules, regulations, and quality standards.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
  • Strong working knowledge of project management tools and methodologies.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining strict attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in project management software and MS Office Suite.
  • PMP or equivalent certification would be considered an advantage.

  • Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs.
  • Conduct quality control checks, ensuring the safety and effectiveness of the project.
  • Identify and resolve any issues or risks that may arise during the project lifecycle.
  • Prepare reports for upper management regarding the status of the project.

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Project Manager to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated individual to lead and manage residential construction projects. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, with a knack for problem-solving and a passion for quality control.
