Job summary

ESHPON ENGINEERING is seeking a Construction Supervisor to oversee residential project sites. You will supervise daily activities, ensure work aligns with approved drawings and specifications, and coordinate with contractors, labourers, suppliers, and project teams to keep work moving safely and efficiently.

You will check material quality, prepare daily progress reports, maintain site records, enforce safety standards, monitor schedules, and promptly resolve any on-site issues to prevent delays.
