Applicants should have 5+ years of residential construction, strong carpentry skills, and working knowledge of electrical and plumbing systems.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in residential construction, remodeling, or home improvement
• Strong carpentry and building skills; working knowledge of residential electrical and plumbing systems and code
• Experience leading or supervising a crew
• Solid grasp of building codes, safety, and job-site workflow
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills; valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Responsibilities

• Lead and work alongside a crew performing carpentry, remodeling, and general construction tasks
• Plan daily work activities and assign tasks to crew members
• Ensure all work meets quality standards, building codes, and safety requirements
• Read and interpret drawings, scopes of work, and project specifications
• Coordinate licensed electricians and plumbers as required
• Track progress and communicate status updates clearly
• Maintain job-site cleanliness, organization, and safety compliance
• Mentor and train team members to promote skill development
