Responsibilities

• Maintain schedules for all aspects of construction.
• Hold pre-construction meetings with subcontractors.
• Walk projects to ensure quality, progress, and readiness for next trade.
• Ensure cleanliness on job sites.
• Approve invoices for completed work for Purchasing.
• Solicit proposals for subcontractor’s non-contract work as needed.
• Quality control of all construction aspects.
• OSHA compliance on job sites.
• Customer relations and new home orientations.
• Supervise laborers and Assistant Construction Managers.
• Schedule inspections with municipalities.
• Ensure readiness for inspections and liaise with inspectors.
