Job summary

Timeline Design + Build is seeking a Project Engineer I to support the Production Team in coordinating residential construction projects from site setup to turnover. You will work with Site Managers and Superintendents to ensure efficient communication and proactive planning on timelines, safety, and client satisfaction.

The role emphasizes multitasking, on-site readiness, and collaboration with Marketing for timelapse documentation and neighborhood notices, with growth opportunities in project

Qualifications

• Education: Degree in Engineering preferred.
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in construction.
• Skills: Ability to work independently and within a team.
• Proficiency in BuilderTrend and Fohlio is a plus.
• Knowledge of PlanGrid and Bluebeam is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all phases of construction, ensuring seamless communication and execution.
• Assist in setting up job sites with signage, safety gear, and readiness.
• Manage field binders and project administration tasks as directed.
• Coordinate with Marketing on timelapse cameras and notices.
• Support on-site logistics to maintain project timelines and schedules.
