Job summary

A2Z Builders, a premier Class A general contractor, seeks a Construction Sales & Business Development Representative in Denver to drive growth for high-end residential remodel projects. You will be the first contact for prospective clients, guiding conversations and converting inquiries into active projects.

This full-time role requires at least 2 years in client acquisition or high-volume sales, comfort with CRM platforms, and excellent verbal communication.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of related client acquisition or high-volume sales experience.
• Experience with CRM platforms, scheduling systems, and accurate data entry.
• Strong composure in fast-paced interactions and professional conduct.
• Excellent verbal communication and organized lead follow-up.

Responsibilities

• Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls to engage clients.
• Persuade owners to choose our construction services over competitors.
• Build professional relationships using active listening.
• Document communications and lead updates in the CRM.
• Coordinate with internal teams to schedule new clients.
