You will oversee inspections, define repair scopes to meet company standards, and manage vendor selection, bids, and timelines in the field.

The role emphasizes budgeting, scheduling, quality control, and safety, with hands-on oversight of repairs from start to finish.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma required; college degree preferred.
• 3-5 years in residential construction/inspection.
• Budget management and contract negotiation experience.
• Deep knowledge of local and national building codes.
• Strong leadership and customer service focus.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Outlook and Excel.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Proactive, self-motivated.

Responsibilities

• Review inspection reports and verify property meets standards.
• Develop budgets based on identified items and approved pricing.
• Recommend and manage vendors and contracts for each project.
• Schedule construction activities and supervise rehab work.
• Ensure scope, cost, and quality align with the statement of work.
• Document rehab process with before/after photos.
