Job summary

Evergreen Real Estate Group is seeking a Construction Project Manager to lead multifamily rehabilitation and construction projects in Chicago from start to finish. You will oversee planning, budgeting, scheduling, risk management, and stakeholder communication to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery to Evergreen Real Estate Services standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field preferred.
• 4-7 years of progressive experience in construction project management.
• Experience with multifamily rehabilitation, renovation, or occupied residential construction is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop project plans outlining scope, milestones, resources, and deliverables.
• Establish and maintain project schedules using PMIS and other scheduling tools.
• Assist in budgeting and cost management by monitoring expenditures and reviewing invoices.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, consultants, and contractors to finalize designs and confirm constructability.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and building codes and maintain quality.
