Job summary

Simplified Real Estate is seeking a Construction Project Manager to own active residential renovation and fix-and-flip projects from scope through closeout. You will set priorities for the in-house field team, coordinate subcontractors and trade partners, and determine the most efficient resource mix for each project.

You will maintain control of schedules, budgets, labor, materials, quality, and field execution, using independent judgment to adapt to changing conditions while protecting scope

Qualifications

• 3+ years of construction PM or equivalent field execution experience.
• Strong fix-and-flip or residential renovation experience.
• Experience leading in-house employees or field crews while managing subcontractors and trade partners.
• Ability to decide between internal labor and subcontracted work for cost efficiency.
• Proficiency with construction PM tools like Procore or MS Project.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel between project locations.
• Construction Supervisor License preferred or actively pursuing.

Responsibilities

• Own active fix-and-flip and residential renovation projects from scope through closeout.
