Job summary

Invitation Homes is hiring a Superintendent to oversee full-cycle rehab and turnover of properties in the Atlanta area. You will manage scope, costs, and timelines, coordinating with contractors and the Leasing Team to ensure timely resident move-ins.

The role requires OSHA 10, strong project management and negotiation skills, and ability to travel across the portfolio. A valid driver’s license and tools you provide are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• OSHA 10 certification required.
• Minimum two years of project management experience.
• Knowledge of residential construction incl. plumbing, electrical, HVAC, drywall, flooring.
• Negotiating with and managing contractors to complete work.
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Meet with residents for Pre Move-Out Visits and document home condition and responsibilities.
• Conduct Resident Orientations to welcome residents and explain home systems and maintenance policies.
• Perform Move Out Inspections and create a scope of work with costs to charge back to residents per standards.
• Oversee rehab and turn process; coordinate with contractors and document progress with photos.
• Communicate with Leasing Team about delays affecting move-in dates.
• Ensure job site safety during project management visits.
• May conduct occupancy checks and coordinate with local law enforcement as needed.
• Travel within assigned portfolio as required.
