Job summary

ResiPro is seeking a high-energy Project Manager to lead field-based residential renovations in metro Atlanta. You will own inspections, set scopes, schedule subcontractors, and ensure quality, safety, and schedule adherence.

The role requires hands-on leadership, deep knowledge of trades, and clear communication with stakeholders. You will be the face of ResiPro in the field, delivering homes that meet rigorous standards while coordinating with teams and vendors to keep projects moving smoothly

Qualifications

• 2–6 years of experience in residential construction management, home inspections, or high-volume rehabs.

Responsibilities

• Conduct tech-enabled inspections and build real-time scopes.
• Coordinate inspections and represent the company with professionalism.
• Identify repair needs and ensure accurate scope for rehab.
• Flag high-cost or deal-killer items during inspections to meet criteria.
• Oversee renovations, manage subcontractors, and keep projects on time and budget.
• Ensure permits and documentation are monitored and compliant.
• Perform final walk-throughs to verify quality and safety before completion.
