Job summary

RESICAP in Atlanta is seeking a high-energy Project Manager for ResiPro to lead field-based renovations of residential properties. You will conduct tech-enabled inspections, scope work, and coordinate renovations with subcontractors, ensuring quality and on-time delivery.

Ideal candidates have 2-6 years in residential construction management, strong multi-trade knowledge, knowledge of local codes, and excellent communication to manage local crews.

Qualifications

• 2-6 years of residential construction management or home inspections experience.
• Strong multi-trade knowledge and understanding of impact between trades.
• Solid understanding of local building codes and inspection requirements.

Responsibilities

• Tech-Enabled Inspections & Scoping
• Conduct the initial property evaluation in metro Atlanta using tech to build scopes in real-time.
• Coordinate and schedule inspections with professionalism and transparency.
• Identify and document repair needs, accounting for visible defects and necessary follow-on work.
• Flag high-cost, high-liability, or deal-killer items during inspection.
• Capture structural, mechanical, and safety concerns to prevent overruns.
• Renovation Management & Subcontractor Oversight
• Direct and oversee residential renovations, keeping on schedule and within budget.
• Schedule and manage subcontractors to execute scope items to standard.
• Perform site visits to verify progress and workmanship.
• Ensure compliance with local codes and permits throughout rehab.
• Quality Assurance & Project Closeout
• Complete final walk-through to ensure quality and safety standards are met.
• Verify systems are functional and finish work meets expectations.
• Document final condition for move-in readiness and resale readiness.
