Job summary

Invitation Homes in Seattle, WA is seeking a diligent Rehab and Turn Project Manager to lead move-out to move-in turnovers across our rental homes. You will coordinate inspections, scopes of work, and cost tracking while partnering with contractors to meet timelines and budgets.

You will oversee safety at job sites, negotiate repairs with vendors, and document progress with photos and notes, ensuring compliance with company standards and quality expectations for residents.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• OSHA 10 certification required within 90 days for new hires.
• Minimum two years of multi-project management experience.
• Knowledge of residential trades and building codes.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; proficient with business apps.

Responsibilities

• Meet with residents for Pre Move-Out Visits and document home condition.
• Conduct Resident Orientations to explain systems and policies.
• Oversee rehab/turns, coordinate change orders with contractors, and track costs.
• Ensure safety on job sites and maintain progress notes with photos.
• Negotiate repairs with vendors to meet company standards.
• Travel within the portfolio and support weekend availability if needed.
