Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Project Administration: Draft, process, and track RFIs and maintain project records.
• Scheduling & Coordination: Support managers with schedules, milestones, and subcontractor coordination.
• Billing & Financial Support: Assist with subcontractor invoices and coding, and maintain billing documents.
• Process Management: Ensure documentation is organized and identify workflow improvements.
