Job summary

Jobot is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support multifamily and retail construction projects in a fast-paced environment. The role involves budgeting, scheduling, subcontractor coordination, and client communication to drive on-time delivery.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering and 5+ years of PM experience, with proficiency in project management software and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in construction project management or a similar role.
• PMP or equivalent certification is a plus.
• Proven experience in cost control, budgeting, scheduling, and negotiation.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, coordination, and supervision of construction projects from inception to completion.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other construction specialists to meet specifications and timelines.
• Develop and manage project budgets and schedules, ensuring cost control and adherence to timelines.
• Liaise with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to negotiate contracts and resolve issues.
• Implement and oversee comprehensive project plans, identifying risks and creating contingency plans.
• Monitor project progress and provide updates to senior management and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Collaborate with the project team to troubleshoot on-site issues.
• Conduct post-project evaluation to identify learnings for future delivery.
