Job summary

Jobot is seeking an Assistant Project Manager - Construction to join our Minneapolis team. You will support project managers through pre-construction to closeout on diverse industrial, commercial and process facility projects.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of construction coordination experience, understands contracts and schedules, and can use Procore or MS Project. Degree in construction management or engineering preferred.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in construction project coordination or management.
• Background in industrial, mechanical, or process facility construction is an asset.
• Proficiency with project management software (Procore, MS Project, or similar).
• Solid understanding of construction methods, contracts, and schedules.
• Degree or diploma in construction management, engineering, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Support Project Managers in overseeing construction projects from pre-construction through closeout.
• Assist with budget tracking, scheduling, and change order management.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, engineers, and field teams.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, meeting minutes, and reports.
• Help monitor project progress and flag risks or schedule impacts early.
• Ensure all site activities align with safety standards and company protocols.
