Job summary

Skyline Construction is seeking a Project Coordinator for our San Francisco office to support the project team across bid prep, subcontracting, logs, and close-out activities. You will gain hands-on exposure to tenant improvement construction while working on multiple projects with guidance from senior staff.

The role emphasizes organization, time management, and the ability to multitask across tasks such as insurance tracking, subcontractor coordination, and document control.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree in Administration or relevant certificate, or 3 years’ experience preferred.
• Experience with a General Contractor preferred.
• Excellent organization, time management, and attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple large projects.

Responsibilities

• Assist project team with bid docs, plans, and subcontracts.
• Set up new job profiles in Timberline and maintain submittal logs.
• Track insurance, bonds, and subcontractor/vendor invoicing.
• Support Operations leadership and roll out new processes.
