Tom Curren Companies in Newton, Massachusetts seeks a Project Coordinator to provide administrative support for the residential Production team, ensuring signed projects enter Production with complete information and that material selections are ordered, tracked, and ready for field teams.

The role emphasizes organization, risk awareness, and collaboration with Sales, Estimating, Finance, and Production to close gaps, track orders, and maintain precise records for on-time project delivery.

Qualifications

• Two to three years in residential construction or purchasing preferred.
• Strong administrative experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent attention to detail and time-management.
• Proficient with MS Office or Google Workspace; able to learn new systems.

Responsibilities

• Review signed contracts and confirm complete scope, drawings, and client info.
• Identify gaps; coordinate with Sales, Estimating, Finance, and Production.
• Order client selections; verify model numbers, quantities, and pricing.
• Prepare purchase orders and maintain order records.
• Track long-lead materials and alert PMs to risks.
• Coordinate deliveries with vendors, warehouse, and field teams.
• Support PMs with project files, notes, and permits.
• Match POs, confirmations, invoices; resolve discrepancies.
• Log punch-list and warranty items and document completion.
• Provide accurate administrative support to Production team.
