New England Design and Construction in Lexington, MA is seeking a Production Coordinator to support the Production Director and ensure smooth transition from design to completion on luxury residential remodeling projects.

You will manage project setup, documentation, preliminary estimating, and critical logistical coordination to keep fast-paced job sites running efficiently with a focus on accuracy and collaboration.

Qualifications

• Must have strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Proficient in Microsoft 365 (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams).
• Must hold a valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Strong professional references are required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate site logistics, material orders, and lead-time tracking to minimize downtime.
• Prepare, submit, and track local permits and project documentation.
• Assist with project estimating, subcontractor outreach, and material takeoffs.
• Collaborate with the Production Director, Project Managers, and design teams to keep schedules accurate.
