Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture, construction management, or engineering.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in residential architecture, engineering, construction management, or facilities development.
• Experience with residential building codes and environmental regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee on-site residential construction projects from foundation to finish.
• Solicit and evaluate proposals from architects, engineers, and contractors; award contracts.
• Develop project controls: scheduling, budgeting, and cost management.
• Navigate approvals from city, county, and regulatory bodies.
• Ensure post-construction handover with low-maintenance environments.
